Please keep in touch with us if you require assistance at 705-896-6800 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will endeavour to meet your needs to the best of our ability. A good part of accessibility of place is to provide information in advance so that visitors know beforehand how accessible a venue is. We strive to choose sites that are accessible for all. Some venues are less accommodating where access is concerned, and in those cases we will do our best to massage the location so that it is fully accessible. Please get in touch with us if you require assistance. Here is a list of our venues and the conditions that pertain to accessibility: Sauble Beach • Outdoors, packed gravel/packed sand. Possible to drive up to seating area and disembark • Washrooms have an accessible section, but loose sand makes it difficult to access. We will work on a solution for next year. The Garafraxa Café • accessible by portable ramp that we make available. We will be prepared to set the ramp up at a moment’s notice when it is required. • fully accessible washroom (no push button door) Jest Arts • entryway level to the ground • no public washroom The Durham Arena • fully accessible – entryway level to the ground • push button automated doors • fully accessible washrooms James Mason Centre • fully accessible – entryway level to the ground • push button automated doors • fully accessible washrooms Glencolton Farm • outdoors, grass – event grounds are accessible by car; we provide assistance with disembarking • outside of the event area has rougher terrain, which may or may not make parts of the installation inaccessible. We are open to strategizing tackling the terrain together (e.g. laying down plywood). • Accessible port-a- potty • Please give Debbie a call @ 705-896- 6800 to discuss this or any other venue
